REN Receives Organisational Development Support from Lloyds Bank Foundation to Advance Refugee Employment
The Refugee Employment Network (REN) is proud to have been selected by the Lloyds Bank Foundation for England and Wales as one of 30 charities to receive two years of Organisational Development Support. This support will help REN strengthen our efforts to improve employment opportunities and outcomes for refugees across the UK.
Last week, REN joined the Lloyds Bank Foundation team and other supported charities from across England and Wales to kick off this exciting initiative. With this development support, REN is focused on connecting refugees with jobs that align with their skills and experience—positively impacting their lives, well-being, and integration into UK communities. This initiative will also help REN empower businesses to access diverse talent while shaping policies that foster refugee employment.
As REN’s membership expands to over 400 refugee charities, businesses, and policymakers, this support comes at a pivotal time, reinforcing our mission to create pathways for refugees to find fulfilling work, drive economic growth, and strengthen communities across the UK.
This support represents a valuable boost for REN, refugees, and employers alike!
