REN Hosts Belfast’s First-Ever Refugee Jobs Fair, Connecting Skilled Refugees with Leading Employers
We were proud to host Belfast’s first-ever Refugee Jobs Fair in partnership with GEMSNI on 17 September 2024.
With over 25 employers including EY, Belfast City Council, Inspire, Translink, and more coming together, the event showcased the incredible opportunities available for refugee job seekers in Northern Ireland. Over 100 skilled refugees, many with qualifications and expertise in a range of sectors, had meaningful conversations with employers about roles that match their talents.
We were thrilled to see our members Ukrainian Welcome Centre, MK Hospital at Home and GRAHAM Group travel from Glasgow, London, and Leeds to connect with job seekers and share more opportunities.
Together, we’re helping to unlock the potential of a highly skilled and motivated workforce, creating pathways for refugees to rebuild their careers and lives in the UK.
