We connect refugees to job opportunities
Our Jobs Board, mentoring programmes, and job fairs create a two-way connection, linking refugees to opportunities that bring them closer to the job market, while providing employers with opportunities to access a diverse pool of refugee talent.
We strengthen the refugee employment ecosystem
Our network of 400+ organisations including businesses, local authorities, and refugee charities are working together to enhance refugee employment through joint initiatives and sharing best practice.
We advance Research and Policy Reform
We work alongside businesses, government, and policymakers to advocate for fair employment opportunities for refugees across the UK. Our annual summit highlights progress and brings together voices committed to driving change
We find funding and opportunities to support meaningful job creation and employment support programmes for refugees
