Job Opportunity: Chief Executive Officer

This is an incredible moment for the Refugee Employment Network as we seek to find the first Chief Executive to run a dynamic and exciting organization. The CEO will drive REN's long-term sustainability, shaping the organization's strategy to build on its significant achievement in its first two years as a registered charity.

We aim to change the dial for refugee employment in the UK and grow our membership, adding value to the fantastic work our members are doing across the UK. The CEO will bring together refugees, businesses, and employment support organizations to establish best practice and effect real change. They will also secure income to be able to maximize the organization’s impact.

Position: Chief Executive Officer of REN

Location: UK-based with a virtual office and access to a London-based office. Occasional travel required.

Salary: £70,000 full time equivalent, pro rata for a nine-day fortnight at 34 hours a week. Further flexible work options available.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Senior leadership experience in a start-up social impact organization or launching new projects in established entities.
• Proven track record in income generation/fundraising.
• Experience in developing and delivering organizational-wide strategy and business plans.
• Demonstrated ability to raise the profile of an organization.
