Our Impact

Since 2019, REN has been building a network united by the vision of a UK that provides employment opportunities for all refugees, matching their skills, experience, and qualifications. Together, we create opportunities for people to rebuild their lives, thrive in the UK workforce, and integrate into society.

We connect refugees to job opportunities

Our Jobs Board, mentoring programmes, and job fairs create a two-way connection, linking refugees to opportunities that bring them closer to the job market, while providing employers with opportunities to access a diverse pool of refugee talent.

Sharing best practice

We strengthen the refugee employment ecosystem

Our network of 400+ organisations including businesses, local authorities, and refugee charities are working together to enhance refugee employment through joint initiatives and sharing best practice.

Advancing refugee employment rights

We advance Research and Policy Reform

We work alongside businesses, government, and policymakers to advocate for fair employment opportunities for refugees across the UK. Our annual summit highlights progress and brings together voices committed to driving change

Our Vision
Leveraging resources and support

We find funding and opportunities to support meaningful job creation and employment support programmes for refugees

Our network spans a wide range of industries and professions, creating vital pathways for refugees to rebuild careers and contribute to the UK economy. Through national, regional, and local initiatives, REN plays a pivotal role in promoting effective, collaborative solutions to refugee employment across the UK.
