The Welsh Refugee Council (WRC) was founded in 1990 by a group of refugees and politicians, we have been empowering and supporting asylum seekers and refugees (AS&R) for over 32 years. We are the leading organisation in Wales and support the most vulnerable people in society who have fled from persecution, war and oppression and are at risk of homelessness and destitution.
