The Launchpad Collective

The Launchpad Collective (TLC) is a new Brighton-based, not-for-profit initiative. We provide a needs-driven, not-for-profit employment support programme tackling root causes to employment barriers. With our Work Ready Programme co-created by a team of people with refugee backgrounds, we look to offer pathways to self-sufficiency and long-term solutions. We look to connect employers of sanctuary with talented refugees living locally.
